In 2018, she left the tournament and started competing in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko fought Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used her superior strike abilities in order to TKO Nievera in the clinch with knees and body. After this win, Antonina received a UFC contract. Antonina Shevchenko made her debut in UFC during The TUF Finals TUF Heavy Hitting fight against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko was defeated by Roxanne modafferi in a split decision after she won her debut fight. Antonina bounced off the loss, and won Lucie Prudilova's fight in UFC on ESPN Covingtonvs. Lawler by submitting a rear naked choke submission. It was the best fight of the night in this fight. Shevchenko was a 1-2 winner over the next three fights, defeating Ariane Lipski, and then losing to Katlyn Chookagian, and Andrea Lee. Antonina was defeated by Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO at UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
